Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is evidently the field where newbie actors grow. Ever since ‘Student of the Year’ Dharma Productions seems to have taken on the mantle along with YRF (Yash Raj Films) to give new actress and actors in the industry a launch pad.
Recently Dharma announced the debut of Shanaaya Kapoor and Lakshya Lalwani under their banner and while in this case its not a debut, it is still a new actress who is 1 film old.
According to recent reports, Sharvari Wagh, who was last seen in ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2‘ has been roped in by Dharma Production for an upcoming musical love story.
Sharvari debuted with the YRF banner which is one of the biggest production houses of Bollywood and her next project too is likely to be under another giant banner, Dharma Productions.
While reports aren’t confirmed, it is said that Ishaan Khatter who debuted under Dharma four years ago will likely star opposite Sharvari in the upcoming project. No other details about the movie is known as the project is yet to be formally announced.
Meanwhile, Sharvari’s debut movie, ‘Bunty Aur Babli 2’ released in November 2021 where she was paired alongside ‘Gehraiyaan’ famed actor Siddhant Chaturvedi.
The movie also stars Saif Ali Khan and Rani Mukherji. While Rani was reprising her Babli role from the first ‘Bunty Aur Babli’ movie, Saif Ali Khan replaced Abhishek Bachchan for the sequel.
