Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif lit up social media with the buzz for their wedding. The two stars never made an official announcement of their relationship. Their fans got updates when the couple posted pictures of their pre-wedding festivities.
Their first official announcement that they were a couple came only after they got married. Since then, netizens go wild over any and every update of the newlyweds.
And while the two stars have been photographed on their vacations, on sets, relaxing or at airports, this is the very first time Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are attending an event as a couple.
They didn’t do any red carpet appearances as a couple even when they were dating. So, the event yesterday marks their first social appearance as a couple. The couple made quite the entrance at Apoorva Mehta’s lavish birthday bash on Thursday night, March 17.
‘VickKat’ as they are fondly called by their fans, looked swoon worthy as a couple, with both of them stylishly decked out. Katrina looked resplendent in a bright blue mini dress while Vicky was dapper in an all-black suit with a giant white flower print adorning his black jacket.
The couple were all smiles as they walked in hand-in-hand and posed for the cameras. As soon as the post went up on social media, it went viral with their fans showering love on the happy couple.
Vicky and Katrina got married in December at a royal fort in Rajasthan with an intimate gathering of close friends and family. The couple only managed a short honeymoon after which they immediately resumed shoot for their respective movies.
Work wise, Vicky Kaushal has a full plate with ‘Sam Bahadur’, which is a Meghna Gulzar directorial, then another untitled with Sara Ali Khan, ‘Govinda Naam Mera’ with Bhumi Pedhnekar and Kiara Advani, ‘The Immortal Ashwatthama’ with his ‘Uri’ director Aditya Dhar as well as Karan Johar’s ‘Takht’.
Katrina too is busy with multiple projects including ‘Tiger 3’ with Salman Khan, ‘Phone Bhoot’ with Siddhant Chaturvedi and Ishaan Khatter as well as Farhan Akhtar’s much awaited ‘Jee Le Zara’ where she will work alongside Priyanka Chopra and Alia Bhat.
